Getting a labor doula in Seattle can be expensive. I believe every family deserves support. My goal is to offer affordable doula services in Seattle to those who might otherwise not be able to access them.
In exchange for providing services at a discounted rate or sliding scale, I ask for an evaluation that I will submit towards Dona certification and an honest testimonial that I can share.
About Me
I'm Kaitlyn, a compassionate birth doula. During birth, moms need a space that tends to their needs, not the needs of others. I'm passionate about helping Seattle mothers experience birth in a way that suits their individual needs and wishes.
I've always been passionate about women's health, wellbeing and experience, and the role that birth plays within them. Through navigating the healthcare system with loved-ones I’ve learned that the medical system can have limitations in understanding an individual as a whole person. This is where a supportive, caring and compassionate advocate can make a difference.
Through our prenatal visits, we will co create an individualized birth plan that sets you up for comfort and tends to your unique needs. We will also explore your emotional and physical outcome desires, and learn about all the tools you have to help you achieve them. I will help you prepare for post-partum and discover how I can best support you throughout this full journey.
